Domestic orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from our Brooklyn studio. You will receive tracking information once your order departs.
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our support team to initiate a return process.
Trim your cotton wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax pool to reach the edge of the vessel to prevent tunneling and ensure a clean burn.
